Trail Crew at Simpson Woods!

Join us on Thursday, October 2 at 8:30 AM for our next Trail Crew session. We’ll hike into the new (not-yet-opened!) trail and install about 120 feet of bog bridging—materials are already on site!

Tools: FCT will bring most, but a couple of cordless screwdrivers and a battery-powered rotary saw would really help.

Extra tasks: Trail blazing (blue paint) and trimming small stumps, depending on time.

Meet at the Simpson Woods parking lot on Route 1 near the Freeport/Brunswick line (look for the “hiker” sign on the right when heading north).
