Executive Director

Carrie has worked as the Executive Director for Kennebec Estuary Land Trust for over 12 years. Carrie holds a B.S. in Political Science. She loves the easy outdoor access that FCT trails offer.

Stewardship Coordinator

Jonathan is our first Stewardship Coordinator, working both with FCT and Cumberland Chebeague Land Trust. He has a B.A. in biology, a 100-ton/sail US Coast Guard pilot license, as well as many other practical skills and experiences to draw upon. He has consulted with local land trusts in the Freeport area including Royal River Land Trust and Cumberland Chebeague Land Trust where he focused on stewardship and infrastructure projects. In his spare time he coaches the Freeport Middle School cross-country ski team. He is an enthusiastic proponent of outdoor recreation.

Land Projects and Conservation Programs Coordinator

Sarah joined FCT in June 2024, working with both FCT and Falmouth Land Trust. Originally from Atlanta, GA, she received a B.S. in Earth and Environmental Sciences from Furman University and a graduate certificate in GIS from the University of Southern Maine. Her role blends fieldwork, mapping, and land protection coordination, including updating trail maps, meeting with landowners, and supporting events like the annual Trail Challenge. Prior to joining FCT, Sarah worked on a MCC trail crew on Tumbledown Mountain. She lives in Portland with partner and enjoys crafting, sailing, and hiking with her dog in her free time.
