Carrie Kinne
Executive Director
Carrie has worked as the Executive Director for Kennebec Estuary Land Trust for over 12 years. Carrie holds a B.S. in Political Science. She loves the easy outdoor access that FCT trails offer.

Sam Noye
Stewardship Coordinator
Sam joined the FCT team in 2026, working with both FCT and the Chebeague & Cumberland Land Trust. After working as part of a seasonal stewardship team for the Somerset Woods Trustees and the Pierce Pond Watershed Trust, he earned a degree in environmental studies from the College of Wooster. Following his graduation, Sam worked as the Lead Invasive Plant Technician at the Maine Natural Areas Program, helping to manage and bring attention to invasive plants around the state. Sam lives in Brunswick and is an avid hiker and a plant enthusiast.

Sarah Payne
Land Projects and Conservation Programs Coordinator
Sarah joined FCT in June 2024, working with both FCT and Falmouth Land Trust. Originally from Atlanta, GA, she received a B.S. in Earth and Environmental Sciences from Furman University and a graduate certificate in Geospatial Science from the University of Southern Maine. Her role blends fieldwork, mapping, and land protection coordination, including updating trail maps, meeting with landowners, and supporting events like the annual Trail Challenge. Prior to joining FCT, Sarah worked on a MCC trail crew on Tumbledown Mountain. She lives in Portland with her partner and enjoys hiking with her dog, crafting, spending time on the water in her free time..
